DE LA CREAMERY FLAVORS

Our products are made using simple ingredients commonly found in Mexican kitchens.

Ice creams are made with a rich custard base containing fresh cream, milk, eggs, and sugar. Vegan sorbets are made with organic cane sugar and fresh produce.

Original Flavors

We offer our signature flavors year around, with the exception of our hidden gem Elote (only available during corn season). These are our staples and will have these flavors most often.

  • Horchata: Our fan favorite and the ice cream that started it all, a blend of rice, cinnamon, almonds, and a splash of vanilla. 

Ingredients: cream, milk, eggs, sugar, rice, cinnamon almonds, vanilla extract,  salt (contains almonds)

  • Agua de Jamaica sorbet: Hibiscus tea, cinnamon and fresh citrus juice. Sweet and tart, just like our favorite agua fresca. VEGAN

Ingredients: dried hibiscus flower, corn syrup, organic cane sugar,orange/lime juice, salt,  xanthan gum

  • Cafe de Olla: Mexican style coffee ice cream infused with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves

Ingredients: cream, milk, eggs, sugar, coffee, molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt

  • Mexican Chocolate: Just like Abuelita classic beverage, and personal favorite! Lightly spiced chocolate with cinnamon 

Ingredients: cream, milk, eggs, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon, salt (contains soy from chocolate) 

  • Elote:  Ice cream infused with fresh sweet corn charred over an open flame and swirled with our habanero lime jam (does NOT contain eggs)

Rotating & Seasonal

We are excited to change our flavors based on seasonality of items and to be sure we are always having fun. If ones of these is your favorite, don’t skip it when you see it!

  • Gansito: Vanilla ice cream with chunks of beloved Mexican snack, Gansito (chocolate-dipped sponge cake with cream and strawberry jelly) and strawberry jam swirls (contains soy, gluten, MAY contain nuts)

  • Pinata: Just like breaking open a Pinata on your birthday! Vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and candy bar chunks (Reese’s cups, M&M, Kit Kats, Snickers) (Contains soy from chocolate, nuts) 

Ingredients: cream, milk, eggs, sugar, candy bar chunks, rainbow sprinkles, salt

  • Mole Norteño:  That's right, your fav Mexican sauce is now an ice cream! Bursting with spicy, sweet, and savory flavors and laced with crunchy shards of dark chocolate. Unlike any ice cream you’ve ever had. A collaboration with local chef Elton Sanchez of Dos Raicez. (Contains almonds, gluten, soy) 

Ingredients: cream, milk, eggs, sugar, mole sauce (Salt, chocolate, chipotle, black pepper, white sesame seeds, white pepper, coriander, sweet paprika, cumin, green onion, yellow onion, garlic, plantains, hoja de aguacate, bay leaf, raisins, blend oil, guajillo, mexican oregano, cinnamon, almonds, Pasillas, corn tortilla, pasilla seeds, raw sugar, black sesame seeds, tomato paste, vinegar)

  • Viva la Sadia sorbet: Watermelon puree infused with fresh cilantro and lime juice. VEGAN 

Ingredients: watermelon puree, corn syrup, organic cane sugar, lime, cilantro, salt,  xanthan gum

  • Pepino Lime sorbet: Fresh cucumber infused with lime juice and just a pinch of salt, pairs great with tequila cocktails VEGAN 

Ingredients: Cucumber,  corn syrup, organic cane sugar, lime juice, salt,  xanthan gum

Paloma: Inspired by the Mexican cocktail. Fresh grapefruit and lime juice, bright, refreshing and bold. 

Ingredients: Grapefruit, corn syrup, organic cane sugar, lime, salt,  xanthan gum
